MANUAL UPDATE to WARRANTIES: October 1, 2013 – The machine manuals below are currently being updated and redesigned to a format that is much more user-friendly. Until the final versions are uploaded, the following applies to the manuals below, even if not stated in the version currently available for download: The warranty for LAVINA S machines is valid for 600 working hours, if all other criteria is met. The warranty for LAVINA Pro machines is 500 working hours, if all other criteria is met. LAVINA S machines and parts with warranty issues may qualify for free shipping within 200 working hours, if all other criteria is met – this offer no longer expires at three months. Working hours are no longer applicable to the LAVINA 12 warranty. See the manual below for details. Contact Superabrasive for additional information about LAVINA warranties: (800) 987-8403.

MANUAL UPDATE to DAILY MAINTENANCE: October 1, 2013 – It is highly recommended that operators clean the underside of the machine every day after use, especially when working wet. For all machine models 25 inches and larger, there is a removable access panel on the base that will allow operators to spray water directly beneath the machine to remove any excess dust or slurry. When ordering parts, customers must provide their machine model and serial number. Without this information, Superabrasive cannot guarantee that correct parts are being ordered, and shipping charges will not be refunded for parts ordered incorrectly. Also, prior to ordering, ensure that you are referencing the most up to date manual for your machine.
